Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open exclusively to residents & members of Shelley Point Estate.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, simply tell us what the name of the first white wine is on the list at The Community Centre Bar and fill out the contact form below.
• Only one entry per person is permitted, unless stated otherwise.
• Late, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period:

• The competition opens on Monday, 03 March 2025 and closes on Wednesday, 19th March 2025.
• Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details:

• The prize consists of 1 x case of Simonsvlei Sauvignon Blanc white wine.
• The prize is sponsored by an anonymous Shelly Point Member.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
• The winner will liaise directly with About Branding for details of prize delivery.

5. Winners:

• Winners will be announced on 21st March 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the Shelley Point WhatsApp group.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 working days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

6. Prize Delivery:

• SPHOA cannot be held liable for non-delivery of goods or services provided by external suppliers.
• Winners will liaise directly with About Branding for details of the prize delivery.

7. Liability:

• The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
• Participants agree to release the organizer from any claims arising from the competition.

8. General Conditions:

• The organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection:

• Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and in accordance with the POPIA act.

10. Governing Law:

• The competition is governed by the laws of South Africa.
